Q: How late are you open?

A: Our store hours are 10-8 Monday through Thursday, 10-6 Friday And Saturday, and we are closed on Sunday

 

Q: How long does it take to special order a product?

A: Most special orders come in within a 2 week time span, sooner if we have the item in our warehouse. For any order difficulties, such as back orders, our sales staff will be in contact with you to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.

 

Q: Do you repair instruments?

A: Yes, we can repair just about any performance instrument. We have a highly trained repair staff that can repair all fretted, stringed, band, and orchestral instruments. We also have a professional piano tuner who can be requested to tune your piano. We do not repair professional audio products in our repair shop

 

Q: Do you buy used instruments?

A: Depending on current store stock, condition of instrument, value, make, year, and brand, a trade-in or purchase of an old instrument will be considered.  You can see more details and submit an evaluation form here.

 

Q: Do you move pianos?

A: We DO NOT move pianos. If you purchase a piano from us, we can put you in touch with professional piano movers. NEVER try and move a piano yourself, as it is extremely dangerous and could void any warranties on your purchase.
