Frequently Asked Rental Questions

PROCESSING - Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your Rental Order. This will allow us some time to verify your identity and prepare the Rental to be shipped. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues with your rental.
DELIVERY- If you chose School Delivery, then after the order is processed the rental instrument is delivered the very next weekly trip to that particular school. If the school year has not started yet, and you chose to wait to receive your rental instrument, then your rental is not delivered until class starts. If you chose to have the Rental Instrument shipped to you, then once processed the instrument will be shipped UPS Ground to your home for a fee, and we will send you any UPS tracking information so that you know when to expect it's arrival.
Most of our Rentals are in New or "Like New" condition. All of our Rental instruments are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, sterilized, and come ready to play. Instruments are divided into A, B, and C quality classifications and they are rented out first come first serve.
We rent the best name-brand, teacher-recommended, instruments from Yamaha, Conn-Selmer, Eastman, and Jupiter.
The Trial Period is a discounted rate to start your rental. It is one payment that covers the entire 5 or 10 month period.
The Maintenance Plan is not optional. This covers any repairs the instrument may need. Once the instrument is paid off, the maintenance plan ends. At this point, the customer will be responsible for any future repairs.
